I ran it fine no problems, if you got lag durring combat in single player turn the settings down. Game is a server game after all you host a lan game not a server. Are you such a loser you cannot read the store page? Now I know not to buy the game. This question has been asked many times and White Knights jump on it and say, 'yes you can. I just hope it doesn't end up on eternal EA like most survival games. I think it might be worth buying eventually when they work out the kinks, but right now it kind of spoils the experience if you care about the bugs and other typical EA problems. What kind of upsets me about it is that you can't save your game, and often when it crashes you lose some progress. I don't know combat because when a mob gets near me my game freezes up and then I'm dead. You have to create your own personal server before playing. Well worth it! For single player I do recommend 2xp exp and crafting exp. Over all it feels like a soild foundation to build apon. Combat has a bit of a learning curve but worth it.
